CD/DVD Shipment Inquiries
For Students, Faculty or Staff who have ordered a Microsoft mail-order package and have an inquiry about order status,
problems with the bundle you received, or installation instructions or keys, please contact support using one of the options below.
While we make every effort to respond immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Software Options
Please check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to see what packages you are eligible for. If you do not see the titles you believe you are eligible for, please contact your campus registrar or Center staff to check on your status in the Student Information System.
For Students
Software on this site is available to all matriculating undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in a class that is in session. During the first week of classes, enrollment data may not have completed processing. If you cannot login during the second week of classes, please contact your campus registrar or Center staff for assistance to ensure that you records are up to date in the Student Information System.
For Faculty
Software on this site is available to all full-time and part-time DeVry faculty and staff. (Adjunct faculty are not eligible for this offer.) If you cannot login, please contact your HR Department or Center staff to make sure that your records are up to date in the Faculty Information System.
